Do not submit, email, or otherwise send VA records, medical documents, or personal health information through this public website. It has no patient upload form or public account system.
Prototype statements
Descriptions, interface examples, metrics, workflows, summaries, and Health Vault concepts are illustrative. They do not establish regulatory clearance, production certification, diagnostic accuracy, clinical efficacy, VA approval, or guaranteed future functionality.
