PBRx.Vet is presented here as a controlled functional prototype. Do not send VA records, medical documents, health details, or other sensitive information through this website.
Information this website collects
The closed-beta interest form collects only the first name, last name, and email address that a visitor submits. PBRx.Vet uses this information to administer beta interest and communicate about possible closed-beta participation. The public website does not include patient uploads or advertising trackers and does not create PBRx account or health-record cookies.
Netlify, the website hosting and form provider, may process submitted form information and ordinary technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, access time, and limited site-performance measurements, to deliver, protect, monitor, and operate the website and its form service.
Business email provider
PBRx uses Proton Mail for business email and has entered into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Proton. Proton provides encrypted email services designed to support appropriately configured handling of protected health information. The Proton BAA applies to covered Proton services; it does not extend to this public website, Netlify forms, unrelated systems, or make every email workflow automatically HIPAA compliant.
Messages within Proton are encrypted automatically. Email sent to or received from outside email providers is not automatically end-to-end encrypted unless additional protection, such as Proton password-protected email, is used. Do not use the public contact form or ordinary email to send medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information.
Your choices
Submitting the beta form is voluntary. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of beta signup information, email Privacy@PBRx.Vet.
Health information and the PBRx application
This notice applies only to the public PBRx.Vet informational website. The future PBRx application is intended to use separate authenticated systems, patient authorization, security controls, retention rules, and notices for health records and protected health information.
External websites
This website links to other PBRx-owned domains and may reference government or healthcare resources. Those websites maintain their own practices and notices.
Changes
This notice may be revised as PBRx.Vet develops. The current revision date will appear above.
This general website notice should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a public production health service launches.
